REPORT: Adm. Mike Rogers, Whistleblower Who Exposed Obama’s Illegal Wire Tapping, Is Retiring

While the country begins to peel back the layers of corruption and illegal surveillance using high level FISA courts for wire tapping U.S. citizens, one man stands out as a true patriot.

Admiral Mike Rogers was the man who looked into the FBI’s abuse of power and brought his findings to the courts, and later directly to the president.

In March 2016, well before any ballots were cast in the general election, Rogers began an audit which discovered the FBI was sharing information with private contractors, some of whom worked with the Democratic National Committee DNC.  The discovery revealed  the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, FISC, had been lied to.

In a recent video, former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova laid out the events to the Daily Caller:

“The FBI used to spy on the Russians, this time they spied on us,” DiGenova explained of the courts misuses. “…Comey and the senior DOJ officials conducted a fake criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton; Followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. That’s not an investigation…”

DiGenova declared of the Clinton email scandal, “…It’s a farce and everybody knew it was a farce. The problem was she didn’t win. And because she didn’t win the farce became a very serious opera.”

Besides banking on winning the election, the democrats also didn’t count on Rogers. Obama and intelligence officials considered removing Rogers multiple times, most recently after the 2016 election. When they did not, the NSA director revealed details of his investigation personally to president-elect Donald Trump.

On November 17th 2016 Rogers, a navy admiral and director of the National Security Agency since 2014, shared his reasons to believe the courts were being used for unlawful surveillance on Trump and his team from the time he was a candidate, continuing to when he was president elect, in a plot to prove a baseless, unlawful collusion with Russia to win the election.

As soon as Rogers informed Trump of the spying, Trump immediately moved his base of operations for his transition team from Trump Tower to New Jersey, while Trump’s New York home was cleared of all “bugs.”

DiGenova recalls, “When President Trump said ‘I was spied on by the President of the United States’ he was laughed at. In fact, he was spied on by the president of the United States; by Barack Obama, under Obama’s orders. And under the orders of John Brennan. And Clapper, the director of National Intelligence, and Susan Rice the National Security advisor, and Ben Rhodes the deputy National Security Advisor.”

Rogers first decided to go to the FISA court on his own in 2016 to inform them of the back channeling and skullduggery. It was only then, the FBI and DOJ scrambled to get ahead of the revelations, but it was too late.

In April 2016 FISA issued a 99 page opinion describing criminal activity by the FBI and contractors for their improper disclosure of classified intelligence about American citizens to unauthorized personnel.

That declassified document has been underreported or deemphasized by most media outlets, especially those who reported the “dossier” as real information.

The loyalty of Rogers to the law, his country, and the president-elect tipped the first domino in exposing the high level abuse of the Obama administration and intelligence community. The revelations are now forcing senior Justice Department officials to admit to their purposeful or unwitting wrong doing.

The beginning of the ongoing violations of the FISA court were revealed publicly in the notorious Nunes memo this month. What’s left is to watch it play out as Nunes promises more memos to come, which may include the names of specific contractors and officials who may have knowingly broke the law.

Rogers’s revelations singlehandedly may have scratched the surface in a plot between the Obama Administration, the FBI, the DNC, and the Clinton campaign to use government resources to hold onto power in a way not seen since the days of Watergate.

Rogers was appointed by Obama as head of the NSA after former government contractor Edward Snowden leaked a trove of documents showing the extent to which average Americans were being spied on by the agency.

Rogers was tasked with creating surveillance restraints amid backlash from the American people regarding the use of their personal information.

Two former intelligence officials told Politico that Rogers plans to retire this spring, leading President Trump to appoint a successor who will need to be confirmed by the Senate.

Despite the massive surveillance into members of the Trump campaign and administration, no findings have brought charges regarding collusion with Russia.
